As of March 2024, the Tesla Model Y starts at $36,490 after factoring in federal tax incentives. Without these incentives, the price shifts to $43,990 for this versatile electric vehicle.
Throughout March, any cash or financed purchase of the Model Y comes with an added perk: 5,000 free Supercharging miles. On top of that, new buyers will benefit from a complimentary one-month trial of Full Self-Driving (FSD). Tesla plans to continue offering this trial beyond March, ensuring more prospective owners can experience the advanced FSD features.
Presently, Tesla’s website allows prospective buyers to explore the different Model Y configurations available. However, please note that the option to place a direct customer order for the Model Y is temporarily unavailable on their website.
As April dawns, a new quarter begins, signaling a potential hike in the Tesla Model Y’s price come next month. Analyst Dan Ives from Wedbush Securities forecasts Tesla’s first-quarter deliveries to range between 425,000 and 475,000 units. Meanwhile, Adam Jonas at Morgan Stanley revised his estimate downward, from 469,400 units to 425,500 units.
